Born in Suzhou and raised across multiple cities in two continents, Cosimo is a freelance artist and entrepreneur currently based in China. His works celebrate the connection between humankind and nature, drawing inspiration from ultra people and his younger brother who generally has two moods: “namaste” and “I’ll cut you”. His practice includes Crayola washable markers, ballpoint pens from various two to five-star hotels, and a seemingly unlimited and never-ending supply of natural oils found permeating from his palms and fingertips, all with the preoccupation for color, shape, and the subtleties of complementing story with picture.
When he’s not creating works of art influenced by his reality within our universe, he enjoys horticulture versus forensic pathology, storytelling, and fulfilling his duties as the unofficial fifth member of the Ghostbusters (alongside the unofficial sixth member, yes, you’ve guessed it).
