Our work in personalized coaching and professional training aims to establish a manageable rhythm and practical structure in maintaining a streamlined support system for ongoing personal development. We try and achieve incremental milestones with our coachees and members by way of togetherness:
- we are so imperfect ourselves and don’t pretend to have all the answers, but in asking some challenging questions,
- our experience tells us that we can accomplish so much more than what we thought attainable … only if we work together,
- that is the strength and collaborative potential of mutual accountability.
Our team of coaches and consultants insists on “living spherically, in many directions” and focusing on potential rather than performance alone…
With a collective variety of international backgrounds and cross-cultural experiences, we continue to offer insights and guidance for our coachees and clients at a pace they might find beyond or between comfortable and challenging, always rewarding and never boring. Groups and team training as well as private business advisory sessions offline is where we used to spend most of our time servicing our corporate clients, but in navigating post-covid industries and a new world living, we are instantly available virtually to support needs in one-on-one coaching, mentoring, career counseling and wellbeing education.
